Responsible for overseeing and executing daily logistics and warehouse operations. This role ensures smooth, efficient, and cost-effective supply chain activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock control procedures are in place.
- Liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Analyze operational performance and propose improvements for efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational KPIs and performance metrics.
- Support project implementation, system enhancements, and process improvements.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff where applicable.
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in a contract logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, SAP, Power Bi).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
