- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and customer services.
- Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems.
- Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production/sales requirements.
- Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of business support.
- Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes (e.g., customer sales, order management, accounting, shipping).
- Monitor direct inbound or outbound logistics operations (e.g., warehouse activities, safety performance, logistics quality management).
- Analyze all aspects of contract logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient methods.
- Plan and purchase warehouse packing materials.
- Ensure the Factory Dock operation meets SLA and KPI standards.
- Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
