What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across Schenker Logistics sites.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies; report findings as required.
Coordinate and execute stock-takes, cycle counts, and bi checks.
Monitor pallet control transactions and ensure timely processing of inventory issues.
Support warehouse slotting and process flow improvements.
Lead and assist in logistics projects including new customer implementations and warehouse design.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures.
Monitor and report inventory KPIs to internal stakeholders and clients.
Provide training on inventory control concepts and continuous improvement methods.
Maintain data accuracy and support reporting requirements.
Promote a collaborative team environment focused on process improvement.
Participate in Schenker's 5S and site presentation programs.
Engage in meetings and working groups across global teams, occasionally outside traditional hours.
Supervise and develop team members using Schenker tools and processes.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven and established experience in inventory control
Proficiency in WMS and logistics operations
Understanding of OH&S and relevant legislation
Advanced MS Office Skills
Strong leadership, and service-oriented skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Primary location-based role with future requirement to support operations at an additional nearby site
