The APAC onboarding Manager oversees the successful onboarding of VMI suppliers into the hub (DCFC, RDC or MFG) within a specific region working closely with the respective country onboarding team.


Key responsibilities: 


  • Managing onboarding timelines, leading project teams, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring project scope and budget adherence, and providing ongoing support to drive successful project integration and client satisfaction across the region.
  • Responsible to establish structured project governance, status tracking and reporting to streamline communication and ease the onboarding process. This includes working closely with the global team to setup consistent and structured documentation and reporting.
  • Establish consistent routine and timely status reporting with client, responsible for client management.
  • Seek continuous improvement programs during the onboarding phase
  • Ensure onboarding, pre-go live and go live check-in to ensure that the project execution is on track
  • Work with onboarding and APAC operations to plan BY system and knowledge training for all the booking systems for the different types of products.

This role requires stakeholder (internal and external) management and the ability to ensure all projects execution align with the defined project objectives, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time and within budget.


This role will require travel within the APAC countries to ensure successful projects onboarding, execution and training.

Independent individual that has strong timeline management and ability to identify and articulate risk and define mitigation plans
