    What will be your challenges?

    • Refine the quality of the hiring of new employees and Trainees, taking care in all time of the candidate experience, new employee experience, internal client experience and P&O team. 
    • Lead the recruitment and selection process of Trainees for DBS México in its different locations. 
    • Support the creation of Trainees new position profiles with leaders for DBS México in its different locations.
    • Work with the Finance team to ensure the correct and on time payment for Probecarios that administrate out Trainees headcount. 
    • Coordinate the hirings, replacements, new positions and ___ of Trainees with Probecarios and all DBS México areas involved. 
    • Lead the hiring process of new employees and Trainees in accordance with current procedures and in alignment with labor requirements in all DBS México in its different locations.
    • Request on time all the documentation needed for the new employee and Trainee file in all DBS México in its different locations. 
    • Validate that the cost centers confirmed by the Managers are correct prior the 1st day of the new employee and Trainee file in all DBS México in its different locations. 
    • Create all new hires and Trainees files for DBS México in its different locations, ensuring that the quality of the information for the rest of the areas involved.  
    • Administrate the welcome kits for all new hires and Trainees for DBS México in its different locations.

    What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Business English required.
    • Microsoft Office skills required.
    • Know the Hiring process in different counties in Latin America is a plus.
    • Experience in a Personnel Administration system is a plus.
    • Must be detail oriented and accurate when processing documentation.
