Join Our Team as a Systems Data Specialist!
We are recruiting for a Systems Data Specialist to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the site operations with IT and data analytics.
Location: Quantum Distribution Park, Dublin
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 to 16:30 with 1 hour break
What will you be doing?
- Assist with daily WMS administration, including user support, troubleshooting, and configuration changes under guidance.
- Monitor system performance, escalate technical issues, and coordinate with IT or vendors as needed.
- Collect, clean, and analyse warehouse and supply chain data from multiple sources.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports on SLA performance, highlighting trends and risks
- Work closely with internal teams to address any SLA breaches.
- Support data validation and testing when implementing WMS upgrades or enhancements.
- Partner with operations, IT, and analytics teams to improve workflows and identify process optimization opportunities.
- Document processes, user guides, and training materials for WMS and reporting tools.
- Build and maintain basic reports and dashboards to track KPIs (e.g., productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment).
- Analyse customer-provided forecasts (volume, activity, demand patterns) and translate into accurate headcount requirements by skill, shift and location.
- Identify potential resourcing gaps and collaborate with Operations to plan recruitment.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with customer-defined service level agreements (SLAs).
About You
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Familiarity with WMS concepts (through coursework, internship, or prior experience) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, with an eagerness to learn and grow in both WMS and data analytics domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
