This is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you’ll support our Health & Safety team by helping to maintain a safe and compliant workplace. You’ll gain hands-on experience through day-to-day monitoring activities, keep essential records up to date, and provide key administrative support to ensure everything runs smoothly on site.
Location: Quantum Distribution Park, Dublin
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 to 16:30 with 1 hour break
What will you be doing?
As H&S Administrator, you will:
- Maintain accurate H&S records, including training matrices, accident/incident logs, risk assessments, and audits.
- Assist with the scheduling of training, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
- Carry out regular compliance checks (PPE, housekeeping, fire exits, etc.) and escalate issues to the H&S Coordinator/Manager.
- Prepare reports and presentations on H&S statistics for management review.
- Support incident investigations by collecting statements, logging reports, and filing documentation.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to obtain safety documentation (method statements, risk assessments, permits).
- Promote a positive health & safety culture across the site by raising awareness and encouraging safe behaviours.
- Provide general administrative support to the H&S team.
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative role (H&S experience a plus, but not essential).
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with colleagues at all levels.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn H&S procedures.
- Interest in developing a career in Health & Safety.
