This position is responsible for guiding customer service team members in building and maintaining customer relationships while maximizing revenue opportunities through effectively utilizing our service offerings.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• To meet or exceed individual customer Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Actively monitor and rectify scorecard by customer.
• Ensure daily solicitation goals are met.
• Coach team members to understand network needs and balance.
• Model and teach effective communication to our internal and external customers.
• Effectively build working relationships with sales team.
• Implement and execute Service Improvement Plans (SIP).
• To meet or exceed operating plan line haul goals.
• Ensure understanding and use of all USA Truck service offerings.
• Prepare and present training necessary for team members to achieve required results.
• Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience.
• Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results.
• Able to promote a culture of trust and safety.
Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills:
• High school diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role or relevant experience.
• Ability to develop team members through effective coaching skills.
• Strong general knowledge of freight management including pricing, planning, and customer service.
• Effective communication and collaboration laterally, upward, and downward.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience.
• Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results.
• Ability to promote a culture of trust and safety.
