Responsible for overseeing and executing daily logistics and warehouse operations. This role ensures smooth, efficient, and cost-effective supply chain activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock control procedures are in place.
Liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
Analyze operational performance and propose improvements for efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational policies and procedures.
Prepare and present regular reports on operational KPIs and performance metrics.
Support project implementation, system enhancements, and process improvements.
Train and supervise warehouse staff where applicable.
Assist in audit preparation and documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in a contract logistics environment.
Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, SAP, Power Bi).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
