Responsibilities:


•Lead and deliver projects according to PRINCE2 methodology and internal project governance models. Ensure efficient planning, execution, risk mitigation, and compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards

•Proactively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, align communication strategies, and provide regular status updates to all relevant parties, including executive-level management

•Document, analyse, and improve existing business processes across departments. Support change initiatives and ensure alignment with project goals and business case objectives

•Work closely with ISSC and key business functions to identify process improvements, manage changes, and maximize synergies across teams.

Qualifications:


•5-8 years’ experience managing large / international projects. 

•Master’s degree or higher in Finance / Business Administration / Economics / Engineering.

•Knowledge of the transport and / or production industry (is an advantage).

•Certification in Prince2 and/or Scrum and/or Agile. 

•Knowledge of English at C1 level. 

•MS Office knowledge.

•Highly developed skills of cooperation with internal and external clients (Customer and Stakeholder Management).

•Ability to manage multiple and cross-site teams (People Management and Cross-Cultural Management).

•Good Analytical skills and good organization skills of own and others work. 

•Ability to work with teams of varying levels and background.

•Good Prioritization of entrusted tasks and ability to work under pressure.

•Cooperation with people and effective motivation to self-development, considering the needs of the organization. 

•Communication through effective speaking and listening, and at the same time perfecting others.
