Cost Match Lead

Tasks and Responsibilities include:

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of all tasks related to the Cost Match process, in alignment with internal standards, procedures, and the defined responsibilities for the role
• Provide operational support to team leaders to maintain uninterrupted Cost Match services, ensuring alignment with KPIs and SLAs
• Monitor the P&L for Cost Match teams and ensure optimization of headcount, process efficiency, and cost structures, considering attrition and specific business needs
• Ensure timely implementation and achievement of team and individual goals for the Cost Match area, including talent development and strategic alignment
• Ensure effective management of daily operations in the Cost Match process, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls and client requirement

Our requirements:

• Proven experience in finance, accounting, or shared services, with a strong understanding of cost verification or reconciliation processes
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or team coordination role within a process-driven environment
• Higher education in finance/accountancy area and have a background in Accounting Services/Finance
• Knowledge of English at min. C1 level
• Completed training in accounting (I, II levels), ACCA, CIMA or similar
