- Own all continuous improvement projects for the Key Customer.
- Own all real estate strategy for the Key Customer.
- Be operationally effective in creating improvement projects for Key Customer acceptance.
- Be commercially proficient when proposing improvement projects and real estate strategy.
- Formulate a detailed project plan for the Key Customer.
- Closely monitor/track the project timeline and overall budget is within target.
- Work closely with Key Customer to communicate the requirements to internal stakeholders and gain buy-off.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that Key Customer expectations are met OR exceeded.
- Oversee all project related decisions. To escalate to Head of Operations where needed.
- Serve as internal key contact for communication efforts regarding project scope, planning, progress, scheduling and commercials etc.
