    The Assistant Manager (Data Analyst) plays a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting data within the supply chain function to drive efficiency and optimize operations. This position supports data-driven decision-making, tracks supply chain metrics, and provides actionable insights to senior management and key stakeholders.


    Job Tasks:

    • To number crunch and provide in-depth data analysis and validation, as and when required.

    • To fully automate diverse BU scorecard reports using Python, R, VBA, and Power Automate.

    • To create and maintain multiple Power BI data visualizations for daily operations, KPI metrics, and financial analysis.

    • To design PowerApps to collect unavailable but beneficial data to improve productivity, justify costs, and identify anomalies.

    • To provide IT support and troubleshoot when platforms malfunction.

    • To participate in and drive OPEX and CIP initiatives.

    • Education: At least a diploma and/or degree holder.

    • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an IT-related role.

    • Skills: Proficient in Python, R, VBA, coding, Power Automate, Power BI, and Tableau.

    • Data Analytics: Strong experience in using data analytics tools.

    • Language: Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

    • Personal Qualities: Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.

    • Leadership: Experience in managing a team.

    • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data in a clear and understandable manner.

    • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
