Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and value-added services.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment, inventory transactions, and material handling.
  • Monitor KPIs and service levels to drive performance and meet customer expectations.
  • Implement and enforce SOPs to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies to support business objectives.
  • Lead resource and capacity planning to optimize workforce and equipment utilization.
  • Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities through process improvements and automation.
  • Support business continuity planning, risk mitigation, and operational scalability.
  • Serve as a key liaison between operations and other functions such as supply chain, planning, customer service, IT, and finance.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address operational issues, improve service delivery, and support business initiatives.
  • Partner with external vendors, logistics providers, and clients to manage expectations and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in an Executive or Managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and hands-on experience with EDI/API setup with clients.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
