• Candidate requires 2-5 years experience in strategy, tactics, development and facilitation • Business or Engineering degree is required. • Must demonstrate ability to think strategically and tactically to drive cross-functional initiatives • Excellent problem solving and quantitative analysis skills to conduct complex strategic analyses with limited guidance • Proven interpersonal and leadership skills to develop strong working relationships at all levels/geographies • Ability to multitask and prioritize on an ongoing basis. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary ranging from $90,000 - $92,000 annually, an annual performance-based discretionary bonus of 10% of salary, and a comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, performance, geography, and internal equity.
