Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop multiple teams of Operational Finance Specialists, Senior Specialists, and Team Leads.
- Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements across teams, including LEAN and digitalization projects.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely entry, validation, and approval of master data across all operational processes.
- Monitor KPIs at team and organizational level, anticipate risks, and escalate critical issues to management.
- Oversee complex projects such as data migration, conversions, and onboarding activities.
- Foster knowledge sharing, best practices, and adherence to CVMD/MDM processes globally.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex operational issues and improve business processes.
- Ensure compliance with DSV internal regulations, global standards, and maintain data confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience in operational/financial roles, including significant experience in leadership positions.
- Proven track record in managing global processes and collaborating with international stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, MDG, CargoWise One, and Cargolink.
- Strong expertise in CVMD operational processes and Data Quality Maintenance.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
- High analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize competing tasks, and adapt to changing environments.
- Proactive in identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Team-oriented and experienced in cross-functional collaboration.
