This position is responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing activity.
- Coordinate logistics staff (e.g. receiver/scanner/picker/packer) according to availabilities and requirements.
- Supervise orders to ensure they meet needs.
- Communicate with customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
- Plan and track the shipment according to customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
- This position requires minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics industry.
- Experienced in building and maintaining Customer Relationships.
- Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas - distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management.
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Material Handling Equipment and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
