- File Organization – sort, merge relevant folders, segregate and renaming large volume of folders and files using PowerShell scripts.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all files.
- Assist in migrating organized files to the ACONSO system.
- Perform quality checks to ensure successful migration.
- Provide regular updates on progress and flag any issues to the project lead.
- Prior experience in data entry, file organization, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Excel, PowerShell
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
