Administrator - Airfreight Import Ops.

This position is responsible for efficient operational work for International Air transportation  cargo, and effective customer service for the various customers in all fields of data accuracy, order follow-up, shipping planning, track & tracing, vendor control, customs arrangement, and final billing & collect in properly manner and proactively

• Shipment Coordination : Manage the end-to-end import process, including tracking arrivals, customs clearance, and final delivery scheduling
• Customer Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and resolving shipment-related inquiries
• Operational Execution : Input and manage shipment data, coordinate with brokers and carriers, and ensure on-time execution, Handling Damage & Claim
• Cost & Process Optimization : Analyze shipment trends and costs to identify efficiencies and contribute to profit improvement

Education & Experience

• Academic degree
• Prefer relevant working experience
• Ability to work effectively with deadliness
• Ability to quickly grasp concepts and workflows

Competencies & Skills

• English proficiency in writing and speaking
• At least 2 years' air freight forwarding experience (Air import experience preferred)
• Hands on computer skills (MS Word & Excel) are pre-requisite.
• Strong initiate e to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
