    This role will assist in providing a full spectrum of People & Organization (P&O) services from hiring to exit of employees in Regional Head Office (RHO) located in Singapore.


    Specific Accountabilities for this role:

    • Manage End-to-end Employment Processes: Oversee various employment-related areas including hiring, terminations, mobility services, labor issues, confirmation processes, contract edits, renewals, dismissals, expatriate management, and retirement processes. Ensure efficient and compliant delivery of these services within agreed timelines.
    • Recruitment and Onboarding: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from resume screening and interview scheduling to advising hiring managers, selecting talent, and onboarding new hires.
    • Employee Data Management: Maintain accuracy and completeness of employee data across all People & Organization (P&O) platforms.
    • Compensation & Benefits (C&B): Support C&B initiatives such as job grading, compensation reviews, off-cycle increments, annual increments, bonuses, and recognition programs.
    • Regulatory Compliance and Policy Updates: Stay updated with changes in statutory regulations and update the Employee handbook, P&O policies, and related procedures accordingly.
    • RHO and APAC Business Partner Support: Assist business partner with support as needed in supporting strategic P&O initiatives 
    • Talent Management & Performance Management (TMPM): Provide support on annual TMPM cycle including data consolidation and presentation decks across the region
    • Training and Engagement: Manage onsite and virtual training sessions, employee engagement activities, P&O events, and health and safety drills as required.
    • Reporting and Analytics: Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to provide insights into P&O operations, attendance, supporting data-driven decision-making etc.
    • Administrative Management: Handle administration tasks such as managing personnel e-files, contracts, letters, work passes, and P&O-related invoices.
    • P&O Project Participation: Participate in and support P&O transformation projects, such as the implementation of SAP Success Factors, shared service centers etc.
    • Ad Hoc P&O Activities: Provide support for miscellaneous P&O tasks and projects as needed.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Social Sciences or any other relevant fields
    • Preferably 1-year experience in HR-related roles or have completed prior HR internships. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
    • Good knowledge on Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
    • Proficient in full Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint for data analysis and presentations
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Preferably with a technical foundation in data analytics and/or Business Intelligence. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
    • Proactive and collaborative team-player mindset
    • Organised, meticulous and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Detail-oriented with a keen interest in data insights for business improvement
    • This is a 1-year contract position under agency
