Job Description:
- Management of Engineering team composed from Industrial engineering,
- Solution design of new and existing products/projects (design of manufacturing process, layout, equipment list, pilot program definition, ramp up plans, implementation support)
- Implementation of change requests into current process (analyzing impact – on manpower, capacity, line balance, etc.)
- Product/Process flow design and definition
- Shop-Floor system flow design and definition
- Productivity & Efficiency monitoring method design
- Collaboration with Project specialist on Change request management (in terms of solution design)
- Communication with customer on engineering level - looking for optimal and efficient solution
- Continuous improvement
- Developing innovations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
- Industrial/Manufacturing engineering including leadership Manufacturing/Service field of consumer electronics, automotive etc.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related business
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Microsoft Office user experience (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word, Visio)
- LEAN manufacturing or TPS (Toyota Production System)
- Analytical, logical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong leadership skills (decisions maker)
- Responsible and able to work independently.
